ibis Cergy Pontoise Le Port

Staff at the reception desk was very helpful. I needed extra blanket and it was no problem to get it. We asked them to put our bottle of champagne on ice and it was again no problem for them. They also answered everything we needed even if some of them speek bad English, but they are really trying to help.

lovely staff, really comfortable, would 100% recommend. Very close to everything in Cergy, especially the port. Very inexpensive.

Great location close to the port, with restaurants and bars. Welcoming staff, quiet hotel with free ample parking.

Staff, breakfast and cleanliness were exceptional

Small room, but I spend only 2 nights. Everything else was ok.
