Staff at the reception desk was very helpful. I needed extra blanket and it was no problem to get it. We asked them to put our bottle of champagne on ice and it was again no problem for them. They also answered everything we needed even if some of them speek bad English, but they are really trying to help.

Didn't have breakfast. Helpful receptionist found us a safe place to store our bikes. Friendly staff. Easy walking distance of port area.

lovely staff, really comfortable, would 100% recommend. Very close to everything in Cergy, especially the port. Very inexpensive.

The staff was so gentle and friendly. More helpful than we expect. It was clean and quiet. We had the feeling of safety all the time.
