Property building in ibis Cergy Pontoise Le Port

Really liked the modern, stylish, streamlined décor- very clean and attractive. Staff were very welcoming and our bikes were safely stored inside. The location was ideal, close to the Avenue Vert cycle route and 10 mins walk from restaurants in the port area. Powerful hot shower. Breakfast was delicious- a cold buffet with fresh fruit salad and yoghourt and compote, water melon, cheese, ham, baguette, croissants, pastries and a hot option of sausages and Scrabble eggs. Also gluten free céréal, nuts, dried fruit and seeds. Loved the water bar which offered very cold still water and sparkling water. Great for filling water bottles.

The staff where so friendly and helpful. We didn’t speak the same language but understood each other. Anything we needed help with they would sort. And the price was amazing. It was in a lovely little town!

Lounge or bar in ibis Cergy Pontoise Le Port

Right on Avenue Verte, and hotel able to provide safe storage for our bikes overnight. Easy walking distance from various restaurants. Nice simple breakfast available, and drinking water station, great for preparing for a days cycling.

Lobby or reception in ibis Cergy Pontoise Le Port

Staff at the reception desk was very helpful. I needed extra blanket and it was no problem to get it. We asked them to put our bottle of champagne on ice and it was again no problem for them. They also answered everything we needed even if some of them speek bad English, but they are really trying to help.

Tiny room, but for this price you shouldn't expect more. Quality/price ratio was ok. Breakfast could be more diversed, but I could find something for me.
